Scheduling and Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Pricing and Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods listed on our website. Failure to submit payment may result in service refusal or additional charges.

Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. This includes parking availability, entry instructions, pets secured if necessary, and ensuring utilities such as water and electricity are available.
Sandra’s Maid Service is not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to lack of access or unsafe conditions.
Satisfaction and Service Quality
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address the concern.
We do not guarantee the removal of permanent stains, heavy buildup, mold, or damage caused by improper materials, age, or prior neglect.
Damages and Liability
Our team takes great care while cleaning your property. If any damage is caused directly by our staff, it must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
Sandra’s Maid Service is not responsible for:
Normal wear and tear
Pre-existing damage
Improperly installed or fragile items
Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value
Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service provided.
